The SSIS – Lazio is a consortium of seven regional universities in Lazio, providing teacher training for different levels of schooling and in a wide range of discipline areas. Università di Roma Tre is one of the partners and hosts the consortium administration.
Different partners offer courses in different specializations. Università Roma Tre provides training in teaching of the following discipline areas:

• Economics and law
• Language and literature
• Human sciences
• Natural sciences
• Technology

The SSIS - Lazio organizes also short courses of 400 hours for additional training in pedagogy for children with Special Educational Needs.
